Companies House will shortly be contacting the registered email address of companies where one or more directors or people with significant control (PSCs) have not yet completed their identity verification requirements.
Members may receive a significant number of these emails . Where an intermediary’s email address has been provided as the company’s registered email address, the email will be sent directly to them. An individual may also be a director or PSC of several companies, so intermediaries could receive separate emails relating to each company that individual is associated with.
It is therefore important that these emails are passed on to the relevant company or client so they can take any action required, even where you receive multiple similar emails.

ACRA, the Association of Company Registration Agents, was established to encourage high standards amongst agents and to act as an open forum for those involved in the industry.
