Welcome to ACRA, the only recognised representative trade association for the company registration industry.

ACRA provides an open forum for those involved in the industry and encourages a high standard of service by all Members of the Company.

Well known to various Government departments, ACRA is actively involved with Companies House, HM Treasury and HMRC in matters ranging from the introduction of the new Companies Act 2006 to Anti Money Laundering Regulations.

Representing a significant part of the industry ACRA has a strong membership base that accounts for nearly 50% of all company registrations carried out in the UK, and we invite you become part of the company registration industry's only such formal body.

The Directors of ACRA are working constantly and successfully to raise the profile of the organisation with the appropriate Government departments and to encourage as many company registration agents as possible to become part of the Association. We endeavour to become the approved benchmark for the company registration industry in the UK and seek to promote the highest standards of business ethics.
